Enterprise Risk Management-old
Course overview
Enterprise Risk
Management (ERM)
Worldwide,
companies have adopted the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework to
identify and mitigate risks, resulting in financial benefits, improved
communication, and competitive advantage.
But developing and maintaining an ERM, plus continually improving it,
can be a challenge. This is particularly
relevant now, with internationally recognized Quality Management Systems (QMS)
including ISO 9001:2015, AS 9100:2016 (Rev D), IATF 16949:2016 and ISO
13485:2016 require organizations to adopt a risk-based approach to their QMS.
Through this
half-day workshop, participants will learn about the ERM framework and
opportunities, challenges and recent trends regarding risk management, control
and governance processes. It is intended
for anyone involved in enterprise-level process improvement, profitability
enhancement, auditing, quality assurance and compliance at any sized
organization in any industry. The course
will benefit professionals who are new to the ERM process or interested in
implementing one, as well as ERM implementation team leaders and members.
Concepts will be demonstrated through facilitator presentations, group
discussions and real-world examples.
